5/1) Confirguration of the openQRM Cloud
Please notice that new-users won't have any "Cloud-Units" to create requests yet !
-> "Cloud Units" are the billing mechanism in the openQRM Cloud. Users need to "buy" them from the Cloud administrator. After that they can request systems from the Cloud.
The openQRM Cloud will then bill the user from his available Cloud Untis per hour for every active appliance.
Now go to "Cloud" -> Cloud Users (within the openQRM-server UI) and update the new users Cloud Untis (here we give 1000 Units). The user is now enabled and ready to post request to the Cloud.

Go to the external Cloud portal and login via your new account. The default page of the Cloud portal will now show the Cloud Manager :

Click on "Create Cloud Request" submit a new request to the Cloud
Select the start- and stop date via the pop-up calendar, select the Ubuntu kernel, select the "ubuntu_iscsi" image and set the resource-type to "VMware Server2 vm"

This creates a new request in the Cloud waiting for approval.

Now please go to the openQRM-server management GUI and approve the request.

Again the user will get a mail from the Cloud about the approved request :

and another mail with the actual login information when the requested system if fully up and running :

After a short time the idle resource will reboot and automatically deployed with a clone/snapshot of the ubuntu_iscsi server-image.

The Cloud User can also manage the appliances of its own requests via the Cloud-appliance manager :

On the last page of this howto we will show some more cool features of the openQRM Cloud environment e.g. automatic depovisioning, auto-create-virtual-machines and Cloud-Highavailability.
